During this time, I'll:

The pilot is $2,000 per month.
This pilot is designed to give us both a clear sense of fit before moving into a longer-term partnership. If we enjoy working together, it rolls into an ongoing monthly retainer.

Ongoing Business Manager Partnership (Post-Pilot)
After the initial 90-day pilot, we transition into a long-term partnership focused on growing a sustainable, leveraged business.
During this phase, I'll:
Refine and evolve your overall offer strategy and long-term roadmap
Develop additional scalable revenue streams beyond 1:1 work
Manage launches and oversee operational execution
Coordinate and manage contractors, if you have them
Handle website updates related to your offers and programs
Strengthen the systems and infrastructure that support your growth
The ongoing retainer is $2,500 per month.
This partnership is designed to provide steady operational leadership as your business grows and expands into multiple revenue streams, without adding unnecessary complexity to your day-to-day work.

I have experience working with online coaches to turn their expertise and content into structured offers and more sustainable business models. I also currently serve as Chief of Staff at a health tech company, translating strategy into execution and building systems that scale.
Alongside that, I manage the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of a group therapy practice specializing in marriage and relationships.
